Standard bookings should be made 2-3 weeks in advance. For urgent work, we offer 48-hour turnaround (additional fee applies).

Booking Questions

How quickly will you confirm my booking?+

We confirm all bookings within 2 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For bookings submitted outside business hours, we'll confirm first thing the next business day.

Can I book for the same day or next day?+

Standard bookings require 2-3 weeks notice. For urgent work, we offer 48-hour turnaround service with an additional $80 fee. Call us directly for same-day emergencies to discuss availability.

What if I need to reschedule?+

We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Do I need to be present during the inspection?+

Not required, but helpful. If the property is tenanted, we can coordinate directly with the tenant. We do need access to all areas including roof space, meter box, and switchboard.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Payment is due on completion of work. For larger jobs (switchboard upgrades), we can discuss payment terms.

Will you provide a receipt and invoice?+

Yes — you receive a detailed invoice via email immediately after payment. This includes all work completed, parts used, and compliance certificate (where applicable).

What if you find issues during the inspection?+

Minor issues (loose connections, faulty power points) can often be fixed on the spot. For larger works (switchboard upgrades), we provide a clear quote and you decide whether to proceed.

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?+

Yes — property managers and landlords with multiple properties receive volume pricing. Contact us to discuss your portfolio and we'll provide a custom quote.
